Specific and/or sensitive personal information
It is not the intention of our website and/or services to collect information relating to visitors under the age of 16, unless permission has been granted by a parent or guardian. However, we are unable to check whether a visitor is over the age of 16. We therefore advise parents to be aware of their children’s online activity, in order to prevent information about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about minors without such consent, please contact us at email@example.com, and this information will be removed.
Use of our services
When you register for one of our services or one of the services provided by the teachers affiliated to us or the companies who use our premises, you will be asked to provide certain personal information: forename, surname, and contact information (phone number and/or email address). This information will be used to process your registration and to contact you. The information will be stored on the protected servers of the Muziekcentrum Zuidoost or those of a third party. We will not combine the information with other personal information that we hold. We store this information for two years, unless a longer storage period is required by law.
Any email or other message sent via the website to us or to the teachers or companies who give music lessons will be stored. We do this to monitor whether your query has been processed. As the Zuidoost management committee provides us with a subsidy to maintain the infrastructure for music lessons at Hofgeest, it is important for us to know whether the teachers/companies who give music lessons respond to your query. The information will be stored on the protected servers of the Muziekcentrum Zuidoost or those of a third party. We will not combine the information with other personal information that we hold. We store this information for two years, unless a longer storage period is required by law. We are not responsible for the manner in which the teachers and/or companies who give music lessons process your information. Third parties have their own privacy statements, which can be obtained from them.
Photos on the website
Photos of children and photos of concerts or events are taken in consultation with the school attended by the children. Prior to any photos being taken, we ask if there are any children we are not allowed to photograph.
However, if you see a photo of your child on the website and you do not want (or no longer want) this photo to be on the website, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then remove the photo as soon as possible.
